A major public health opportunity at ICMR-NIIRNCD! 🎓 Applications are invited for Research Scientist positions under a critical screening and treatment project. This is a high-impact role for Life Science, Public Health, and Psychology postgraduates.
🔬 Vacancy & Salary Details
1. Project Research Scientist-II
Salary: ₹67,000 + HRA
Qualification: PG + 3 years Exp. OR PhD (Life Sciences / Psychology / Microbiology).
2. Project Research Scientist-I
Salary: ₹56,000 + HRA
Qualification: Postgraduate in relevant Life Science fields (ST Category vacancy).
🎓 Eligibility Fields
Relevant Disciplines: Psychology, Public Health, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, and related Life Sciences.
Age Limit: Max 40 years (Scientist-II) | Max 35 years (Scientist-I).
📅 Walk-in Interview Schedule
Date: 15 April 2026
Reporting Time: 09:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Venue: ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
📑 Selection Process & Documents
Selection will be via Walk-in Interview. A written test may be conducted if candidates exceed 30.
Checklist for Candidates:
- Duly filled Application Form & Passport Size Photo
- Original Certificates (10th, 12th, Degree, Experience)
- One set of self-attested photocopies
- Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card) & Category Certificate
*Note: No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. Project location may be Jodhpur or anywhere in India.
