1. Food Safety & Quality
Post: SRF (DFSQA)
Focus on Analytical Chemistry, Food Safety Management, and Quality Assurance protocols.
2. Food Process Technology
Post: SRF (DFPT)
Focus on Post-Harvest Tech, Agricultural Processing, and Chemical Engineering applications.
🎓 Eligibility & Salary
Qualifications: M.Tech / M.Sc / Ph.D in Food Tech, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry.
Salary: ₹42,000 + HRA per month
*Note: M.Sc candidates require NET + 2 years of research experience. Ph.D. holders are highly preferred.
