Applications are invited for two highly prestigious positions of Project Research Scientist-I to work under an advanced, high-impact ICMR-funded research project centered on CAR T-cell therapy at SGPGIMS, Lucknow.

Project Title: "Engineering Signalling Domain to improve Therapeutic Potential of Indigenously Developed Humanized Anti-CD19 CAR T-cells"

Monthly Emoluments ₹56,000/- + 20% HRA

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Essential Qualification:
  • First Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees in Life Sciences subjects / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology.
  • OR Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including integrated PG degrees with a Ph.D. in Life Sciences subjects / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology.
• Desirable Experience (Preferred): Candidates having prior hands-on research experience in the following domains will be given top preference:
  • CAR T-cell therapy, Phage Display, and Hybridoma Technology.
  • Molecular Modeling and Simulation.
  • Primary immune cell culture protocols.
  • Development of leukemia mouse models using immune-compromised mice.
